At Sandarttt, we ship our products internationally from Vietnam.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Please make sure that your shipping and contact information is accurate before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations, including:

- Canada
- United Kingdom
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and applicable shipping restrictions.
Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time is up to 15 days from the date your order is shipped.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer's destination and the shipping option available for that destination.
The shipping rates displayed at checkout are the applicable rates for the order at the time of purchase.
We may offer free shipping when the order meets the applicable minimum order value shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, we will provide it to the customer through the email address associated with the order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements applicable to their country before placing an order.
Sandarttt is not responsible for customs delays, customs decisions, import restrictions, or charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at:
We will assist you in checking the shipment status with the applicable carrier.
Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging materials.

Colored Sand
Please note that colored sand is not included with our products unless specifically stated in the product description.
Customers are responsible for obtaining colored sand separately where required.
This exclusion is due to shipping restrictions and regulations that may vary by destination country.
