Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In the original packaging, where applicable.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

• Photos of the packaging, if applicable.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Colored sand is not included with our products. Customers are responsible for obtaining colored sand separately where required.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped by us, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If the return is approved due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product, we will provide further instructions regarding the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
